How to Use:

1. STEP 1 - PEEL: Open the pouch and take out the strips. Handle strips with dry hands. Peel Pdoo White Strips from backing liner.
2. STEP 2 - STRETCH & APPLY: Apply the lower strip first, then the upper strip. Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip to the front of teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with the gum line, after aligning, press gently for 3-5 seconds. Fold over the strip, press gently on the back of teeth.
3. STEP 3 - REVEAL: Wear about 30-45 minutes, then remove and discard.
