Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
(Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.)

If there is ever a delay, we will contact you right away.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

(Delivery time does not include processing time.)

Local Pickup

If you’d like to pick up your order at the Valley Fair Mall when we’re set up there, just message us and we’ll arrange it. or any place we choose

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
